We offer DC:0–5 Diagnostic Assessments for children from birth through age five. This specialized evaluation helps identify and understand the social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children. The DC:0–5™ framework provides a developmentally sensitive approach to diagnosing mental health and behavioral concerns in early childhood, allowing our clinicians to create individualized and family-centered treatment plans. We use this assessment to help families better understand their child’s strengths and challenges, guide early intervention services, and support healthy emotional development. We collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure that each child receives the support they need to thrive at home, in school, and in the community.
We offer and conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments for individuals seeking support or guidance in understanding their emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs. Our assessments are completed using the biopsychosocial model, which helps us explore how biological, psychological, and social factors interact to impact each client’s overall well-being.
As part of the assessment, we also conduct substance use screenings to identify potential chemical dependency concerns and ensure that all aspects of a client’s health are considered. This holistic approach allows us to determine the appropriate level of care and develop personalized recommendations.
If a client requires services not provided within our agency, we assist with referrals and care coordination to trusted community providers. When therapy is recommended, clients are paired with one of our experienced clinicians for individual, family, or couples counseling to begin their healing and recovery journey.
At Optimum Behavioral Solutions, we offer personalized, short-term case management services for clients and families who do not qualify for Medicaid or insurance-covered TCM. Our private-pay program provides a flexible, supportive alternative, ensuring families receive the guidance they need when traditional programs aren’t accessible.
